Board of Representatives, Board of Directors, Volunteers, Playmakers, Instructors, Members, Employees and other interested parties related to the organization are invited to GAME’s Annual General Meeting 2025
Tuesday 8. April 2025 at 15:00-17:00 CET
In respect of our international and remotely placed participants, the meeting will be held virtually on Teams to create equal means of participation. Once you have registerred on the link below, a calendar invitation with a link will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
Agenda of the Annual General Meeting:
A) Hello and welcome to everyone – especially our newly elected members of the Board of Representatives
B) Agenda of the Annual General Meeting
1. Election of Chair of the meeting and keeper of the minutes
2. The Board of Directors’ report
3. Presentation of the audited financial statements for adoption. Budget for the next financial year is presented.
4. Any motions from the Board of Directors or others, including the establishment of working groups. This will include: Volunteer of the Year
5. Election of members to the Board of Directors
6. Appointment of a state-authorized public accountant or a registered public accountant for one year
7. Any other business
